Chicago, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking full-time Clinician-Educator, Attending Physician Faculty, rank Assistant or Associate Professor. The department includes 40 academic faculty committed to excellence and innovation in medical education, health services research administration, quality improvement, point-of-care ultrasound, sports medicine, disaster medicine, and EMS. The department also includes PhD social scientists, demographers, and health economists, together leading a rapidly growing research grant portfolio. We are committed to accelerating growth and excellence in research, education, and clinical innovation. We seek candidates who, ideally, have successfully completed a four-year residency and fellowship and wish to develop as an academic leader in their domain. Success in obtaining grant funding, expertise in toxicology or EMS, and nocturnist work are distinct advantages. Candidates must be ABEM-certified or board-eligible. This is a full-time faculty position in the Clinician-Educator track of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The nominee will be eligible for an academic appointment commensurate with experience, training, and achievement. Salary and start date are negotiable. The positions will remain open until filled.
