Summary

Prospect, develop and service new and existing occupational health clients and revenue across the LVHN occupational medicine practices as assigned.

Job Duties

  • Prospects and builds new business acquiring new clients and increasing revenue.
  • Manages client implementation and management of key accounts.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to remain current on service program details.
  • Conducts prospective client interactions to provide education on occupational health, Populytics, and LVHN services.
  • Confirms new business, meeting revenue goals through management of sales pipeline with pursuits in various stages of the evaluation pipeline and in conjunction with Occupational Health client relationship colleagues.
  • Collaborates with Occupational Health team to support activities such as brand awareness, event attendance, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with account management and service delivery colleagues on client implementation process.
  • Monitors all sales pipeline activity in CRM system with the ability to generate reposts as requested by Populytics or LVHN occupational health leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of related work experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field.
  • 3 years of direct business-to-business new sales or account management experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience related to health care, human resources, or safety management.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
