Position Summary

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this individual will lay a strong foundation for engagement and growth across our service lines by ensuring a world class customer and internal stakeholder experience with our CRMs. This individual will bring their expertise in Salesforce to Versiti and help us enhance lives through blood health discovery, diagnoses and treatment.



Responsibilities

    Lead Salesforce and HemaConnect administrator focusing on: user rights and license management, information architecture, stakeholder training, vendor relations, and problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Lead, coach and mentor the CRM systems team
  • Act as subject matter expert on all things related to Salesforce and HemaConnect
  • Proactively work to identify end user needs and requirements
  • Guide customization and integration projects
  • Collaborate on communications strategy and calendaring
  • Pull reports and share data with Marketing Analysts
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
  • Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant marketing or information technology field or equivalent professional experience required

Experience

  • 4-6 years 4-6 years' experience overseeing Salesforce operationally including user support and reporting at an organization or consultancy required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert level knowledge of Salesforce required
  • Strong communicator, prior work with vendors and leaders required
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once required
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental CRM navigation, architecture, and user management (agnostic of system) required
  • Ability to manage users with security, access, and human-centered experiences in mind required
  • Strong data management skills required
  • Demonstrated success with process improvement and automation preferred
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and empathy with others that builds trust and strong relationships with colleagues and customers preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Salesforce Administration Certification within 180 Days preferred
