NaphCare is hiring experienced Substance Abuse Counselors just like you at the Santa Cruz County Jail located in Santa Cruz, CA. Full-time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts are available! PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability. Pay rates range from $38.00 - $45.00 per hour based on Shift, FT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, and experience.

Position Description:

    Conduct weekly group substance abuse counseling sessions for male and female inmates with Opioid use Disorder
  • Provide psychoeducation about substance abuse to male and female inmates with Opioid use Disorder
  • Data collection and data entry
  • Experience working in corrections is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required
  • Valid cpr card
