Join our dynamic Logistics Center team as a Logistics Inventory Coordinator II! In this key role, you will ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions by performing cycle counts, audits, and adjustments. You'll also assist in training team members on SAP transactions, align with Inventory Control and GAAP standards, and generate reports for inventory analysis and trending. Your contributions will directly support our Finished Goods, Samples Inventory, and Credit Return Inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cycle counting and auditing of inventory.
  • Investigate discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and improve accuracy.
  • Train staff on SAP processes for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to adapt workflow based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and adaptability skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate electric powered lift equipment.
  • Capable of standing/walking for up to 8 hours and climbing ladders.
