Your role on the team:

• Point of contact for the operation team to reach out in case of any assistance or support needed on IT systems, network or hardware side of things
• On floor support for any disruption and day to day support tickets
• Partner with client and operations team on new system/process/report requirement, configuring and testing the changes and post production validations
• Recommend process and system improvement as see fit

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university
• Minimum 1 year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
