Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Gorman & Company is looking for a part-time (up to 25 hours per week) Front Desk Administrative Assistant who is committed to providing first class customer service as part of a collaborative team. This position has one of the most important jobs in supporting the property management team while providing excellent customer service and a memorable first impression to our residents and prospective residents.

As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will be:


  • Answering phones.
  • Checking in residents and guests to the building.
  • Assisting in scheduling and noticing residents of maintenance issues.
  • Providing information to residents, vendors and guests.
  • Completing office duties as assigned by management.


Front Desk Administrative Assistant Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer skills.
  • Ability to use basic office equipment
  • Dependable and regular attendance.
  • Ability to maintain resident privacy.
  • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
