The Assistant General Manager assists the general manager in the effective and efficient management the hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance. Key Job Duties: Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Choice Hotels overall mission, vision values and strategies
Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing the hotel operations (including rooms and food & beverage operations)
Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Cambria experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver service and teamwork Requirements/Skills
