In the span of a few years, Skyworks' BAW technology has advanced to be one of the leading competitors in the field of high-frequency RF. As we continue to drive and expand, Skyworks is seeking a Senior Director to lead engineering development efforts and technology roadmaps to drive BAW technology development into high-volume production and products to market, ensuring commercial success.Provide leadership to the BAW engineering team, including setting the product vision and supporting the development and production of products from beginning to end of life.Formulate and drive best practices that are adopted across the BAW engineering organization; drive an execution and efficiency mindset across all engineering functions as it relates to operationalizing the BAW technology development. #LI-DD1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$178,400 -$376,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
