Description Job Summary: Senior Project Manager - Fiber to the Home Deployment We are actively recruiting for several positions! Locations: Kansas City, St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa, Arizona As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment project. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that encompasses both design and build aspects. Join our "True-Blue" team today! Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely completion and budget adherence Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to deliver a high-quality fiber network Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in project management, in the telecommunications industry. Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field (desirable but not essential) Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams Strong understanding of construction practices, methodologies, and costs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Conditions: This position will require travel based on project requirements When not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from home Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel Additional Information: Company Description Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
