Job Description: We are seeking Senior Corporate Counsel - Regulatory to support Microchip including its Business Units, Environmental, Information Network & Security, Marketing Communications, Sales and Supply Management teams on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters applicable to a global publicly-traded semiconductor company.Support will include monitoring and advising on regulatory changes and compliance standards; drafting, updating, maintaining, and advising on policies and related training materials; supporting internal investigations, government inquiries and surveys, government funded projects, and customer requests; reviewing and negotiating contracts related to various regulatory obligations.
