As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the company's business needs. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to configure and extend the platform, build custom applications, and ensure flawless integration with other systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ServiceNow development, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Configure ServiceNow applications, including HR Service Delivery, Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and internal systems (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs). Managing ServiceNow Mid-server application.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including design specs, technical docs, and user guides.
  • Ensure platform stability by performing upgrades, patches, and system improvements, ensuring compatibility with business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, bugs, and defects promptly.
  • Implement security standard processes, ensuring role-based access control and data security within ServiceNow.
  • Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, modules, and standard processes to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow updates and customizations.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
  • Good experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
  • Expertise in configuring ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
  • Knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow development standard processes and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HR service delivery and life cycle events is preferred but not required
