This position is responsible for maintaining the highest level of guest service while administrating ski school sales. Responsible for managing instructor scheduling and lesson inventory for all ski school programs at Bretton Woods Ski Are

Schedule desk and reservation staff based on daily business levels.
• Oversee the daily set-up and operation of ski school sales desk.
• Will assist guests with the purchase of ski and snowboard lessons for all programs in person and on the phone.
• Administers daily entry of sales and reservations for lessons in RTP.
• Manage on-line inventory of all lesson products using Aspenware.
• Collaborate with all supervisors on the staffing levels based on daily business levels.
• Enter Instructors schedule in RTP sales program.
• Will frequently assist guests in resolving queries regarding other departments at the ski area including (but not limited to) lifts, tickets, ski patrol, rentals, retail and F&B outlets.
• Be able to make cash, credit card transactions and Omni gift cards.
• Administer daily opening, closing, bank deposit, cash out and RTP log off.

• Experience operating a Windows based program.
• Minimum 1 year supervisor experience.
• Computer skills in Microsoft, RTP, Apenware
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must be effective in handling problems in workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and holidays.
