Overview
Remote Triage RN - Gynecologic Oncology Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center is seeking a Remote Triage RN to work with our gynecologic patients and surgeons. This triage nurse will assess patient needs over the telephone, collaborate with our physicians, APP's and other staff members to meet the needs of our patients. Documenting key clinical elements of each patient interaction in our EMR (IKnowMed-G2) and coordinating urgent needs are a key part of this role. The telephone triage nurse will accurately identify patients with high-risk conditions and direct care to the appropriate resources if they cannot immediately be managed by the nurse over the telephone. This position is a temporary position with a term of approximately 6 months. The general pay scale for this position is very competitive at $34.41-$54.40. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Employment Type: 1.0 FTE (40 hr/week) Temporary: ~6 months Benefits: M/D/V, Life Ins., 401(k) Location: Remote Responsibilities
