The Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager with broad pharmaceutical marketing experience. This role involves managing existing program scopes while identifying new opportunities to leverage HH Global's full suite of services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, diligent, and highly energetic, with a knack for strategic and creative solutions that exceed client expectations. Excellent client relationship and communication skills are essential, as the AM is responsible for fostering trust with key stakeholders and leading an onsite client service team to deliver exceptional service.

This will be a hybrid position based in Whippany, New Jersey. This role will be required to be on-site 3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives, while providing value-added input in client meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client challenges and brand guidelines, positioning our services effectively to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Source best-fit suppliers, build accurate quotations, and ensure service level agreements are met, managing all project milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through technology platforms, reporting dashboards, and business reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns, identifying trends and implementing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor client and supplier payments, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate budget forecasting to meet company cash flow goals.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, consistently projecting HH Global positively.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in print production and creative services, with a proactive approach to industry trends.
  • A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client interaction and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paying strict attention to detail and meeting/exceeding deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Azure DevOps, and PowerPoint.
