Salary range: The full salary range for this role is $91,000 to $171,000. The target range for this position is $115,000 to $143,500. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location. Summary: Land Agents are primarily responsible for negotiating and securing land agreements in field-based land acquisition to support project development pipeline goals and support field-based land needs for projects in implementation and operations phase. The Land Agent is also responsible for land acquisition negotiations, assisting in obtaining curative agreements, developing, and maintaining relationships with local officials or stakeholders, conducting update meetings for stakeholders, mentoring other Land Agents, and project reporting at the direction of a Manager, Land Acquisition. This position requires residence in WA, OR, CA, AZ, or NV and will work within the West Region. Responsibilities
The Sr. Land Agent will have the below additional responsibilities:
Working Conditions: 50% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 50% of time is spent outside of the office visiting landowners' and/or internal customers' sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
