Client: Janitorial Services Organization Title: Manager of Accounting Systems Location: Long Island City Salary:$105-135K + bonus Schedule: Hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday onsite Responsibilities: * Develop, deploy, and track onboarding and team training with modules, live training, and video content to ensure consistency across Collins Building Services. * Collaborate with the Office of The President (OTP) to ensure all content reflects current branding and messaging guidelines and is coordinated with other training efforts across the organization. * Work collaboratively with department managers to help them build accounting product knowledge, increase user adoption for team members to new accounting products. * Advise employees on how to fully apply their learning subscription and develop a learning plan strategy to accommodate all user's training needs with the goal of driving the adoption of new systems. * Collaborate on the company's new training program and provide all levels of the organization with visibility. * Understand NetSuite applications in all functional areas as they relate to end-user learning requirements and apply that knowledge to enhance business efficiencies. * Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to management. * Coordinate with department manager/HR on new hire orientation for employees and ensure that they are set up for success in the new NetSuite environment. * Collaborate with Controller on business processes to ensure the proper controls are in place for a future audit.
