As a Market and Operations Analytics Senior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Apply engineering and analytical techniques to assess market and operational performance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze trends, identify operational anomalies, and recommend performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, preprocess, and analyze energy market and infrastructure data.
  • Conduct ad-hoc engineering analyses to support key business decisions.
  • Develop and evaluate metrics for measuring market and operational outcomes.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for market and operational improvements.
  • * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including SOC 1, CIP, FERC, and NERC requirements..



We are looking for energetic and dedicated employees who have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4 years in Power System Engineering, Simulation, Modeling, Market, and Operations. (required)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL) for power system and market studies.
  • Familiarity with ISO/RTO markets, operations, or utility experience preferred.
  • Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are a plus.



We would also prefer candidates with the following:



  • Expertise in electricity markets, market dynamics (LMP/FTR), and power systems.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data interpretation techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
