CONTRACT TO HIRE - ETL Developer

Job Title: ETL Developer - Snowflake

Location: Coppell, TX ( Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE )

Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 8-9 Years of experience in Software Development leveraging snowflake and its features.
• Expertise in Snowflake DB and its various architecture principles , capabilities
• Usage of Snowflake Functionalities such as Streams , Tasks , Time Travel
• Experience with data warehousing, data architecture, ETL data pipeline and/or data engineering environments at enterprise scale that are built on Snowflake.
• Ability to create SQL Procedures in Snowflake , Build a Data Pipeline efficiently in a cost-optimizing & performance efficient way.
• Experience with Data loading and unloading of different formats such as CSV , JSON , VARIANT.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools - Git, Mercurial, SVN
• Able to create database objects that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Ability to build (Proof of Concept projects)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Testing & CI/CD aspects such as Jenkins , BB , JIRA
