Senior Clinician Concord, MA, USA Req #3209 Wednesday, October 9, 2024 Location: Concord, MA - Northeastern Correctional Center/MCI Concord Schedule: Flexible 40 hour work week. Can be 4, 10-hour days or 5, 8-hour days. Work week can include weekends Pay rate: $34.65/hour Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company contribution Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: CADC, LADC, LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT highly preferred. Master's degree in psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field required. Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience. At least one full-time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role. Experience with both substance use and mental health issues preferred. The Senior Clinician is responsible for: Assisting the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services. Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues. Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.
