Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and planning within a fast-paced and growing environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects that directly impact our supply chain operations.

This position will be located at the downtown PHX EXAS location.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, and manufacturing) to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Support the planning team with data analysis and reporting on key metrics like inventory, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and order management systems.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance for team reviews.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects to support the overall goals of the supply chain department.
  • Skills Needed:
    • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, updates, and solutions, both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to work well with others and contribute to group efforts.
    • Openness to learning new things and handling changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
    • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions for operational or logistical challenges.
    • Effectively managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
    • Ensuring accuracy in data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking to prevent costly mistakes in supply chain processes.
    • Analyzing complex problems and situations logically to come up with strategic solutions.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to work designated schedule onsite; M-F, 8am - 5pm
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • No travel will be required for this internship

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with data analytics tools is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Salary Range:

$34,000.00 - $54,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - AZ - Phoenix on a full-time basis.
