WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of sales/customer service experience. Abilities: Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time. Schedule: Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate. For Certain Applicants in Los Angeles County: Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. The base pay for this position generally is between $18.75 and $39.90. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $13,540.
