Parking Attendant The contractor Parking Attendant will support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to support disaster response operations and manage temporary facility support services. Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Parking Attendant: $23.00/hour
- Pay commensurate with experience.

Parking Attendant Responsibilities Include:
- Leads and provide reservation services for all vendors, personnel, staff, and occupants
- Adheres to Quality Assurance and Quality Control, SOPs, and Site Manager guidance and direction
- Ensures all reservation information is correct and scheduled according to master schedule managed by the Site Manager
- Ensures all personnel, staff and occupants follow guidelines during reservation process
- Provides daily reports and logs to Site Manager
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Parking Attendant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- An associate degree preferably
- A Driver's License required
- Experience driving different types of vehicles
- A CDL license preferred
- Traveled as a part of work requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are not required but are preferred
- Provide parking and security services for all vendors, personnel, staff, and occupants
- Adhere to Quality Assurance and Quality Control, SOPs, and Site Manager guidance and direction
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment is secure, inventoried, and tracked according to scheduled master schedule managed by the Site Manager
- Ability to use multiple types of computer systems such as laptops, scanners, and handheld devices
- Ability to organize data for processing and reporting
- Ability to multi-task multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to provide customer service within a difficult environment
- Ability to disseminate information and ensure it is processed properly
- Ensure all personnel, staff and occupants follow guidelines during parking process
- Provide daily reports and logs to Site Manager
- Knowledge of federal ADA requirements
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies
- The ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a federal background check is mandatory
- Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Reservation Coordinator, Reservation Specialist, or Reservation Clerk.
