Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office located in Phoenix, AZ. The days required in the office will vary from week to week. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be a member of the bank's Enterprise Operations organization providing support to the Head of Client Services and her leadership team. This position performs a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level including calendar management, travel planning, expense reimbursement, and meeting planning/coordination. The Senior Administrative Assistant represents the senior leaders and serves as the main point of contact, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, associates, and third parties. Coordinates schedules and large meetings for departments.Provides logistics support for virtual and onsite meetings to create a positive experience for leaders and attendees. Coordinates with internal and external partners through proactive communication. Resolves issues to maximize leadership time and efforts. Responsible for reporting, file maintenance, logistics, and administrative duties that serve the effectiveness of the leadership team. Acts as a department liaison or resource through knowledge of daily operations. Responsibilities
