Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Senior Manager, Sales Operations focused on post-sale processes and systems that span Onboarding, Customer Success, Renewals, Technical Support, and Professional Services functions. In this critical role, you will directly impact our ability to forecast our business, grow revenue, enhance customer experience, and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role sits within the global Core Sales Operations team, which is accountable for lead-to-revenue processes and systems at MongoDB, your contributions to this team will be instrumental in shaping the future of the go-to-market organization. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
