Be Inspired By the Work You Do

At OneWorld, we believe that improving patient health outcomes requires addressing the social determinants of health, such as education. For this reason, OneWorld operates the Learning Community Center of South Omaha (LCCSO). The LCCSO works with children and families to challenge the opportunity gap through early childhood education, family engagement, and future teacher preparation. Our goal is to measurably improve educational outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for a mission driven School Program Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time, in person position at our Learning Community Center in South Omaha. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional evenings.

The School Program Supervisor is responsible for on-site oversight and supervision of the staff, programming, and operations at one satellite location of the Learning Community Center of South Omaha (LCCSO). The School Program Supervisor is a relationship-builder with school families and staff alike, supporting the recruitment of new families to the program and sharing about our program with teachers, administrators, and school staff. Ensures alignment with the mission, policies, and procedures of the main center. The School Program Supervisor works at one elementary school but also serves other schools in the area.
