We work with people at home, work, and in the community through residential, employment, crisis response, recovery, behavioral, children's services, and day services. Our Crisis Support Team is currently recruiting for a Licensed Clinician (Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, LMSW, LPC) to serve as a clinical lead on crisis Level 1 Interventions. Office located in: Little Rock, AR. Overview: The Crisis Support Team will assist Summit Community Care provider members in serving persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in crisis and at high risk of inpatient placement, involvement with law enforcement, etc. due to severe behavioral, psychiatric or trauma related issues. The Clinician will coordinate with providers, law enforcement, hospitals, government agencies, families/advocates, and behavioral health partners and must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required, respond immediately when dispatched on crisis responses, and be present to provide consultation to provider agency staff.
