Position: Off Shift Nurse Manager Schedule: 36 Hours Evening/Night, every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays *This will be a mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts based on the needs of the department to cover all shifts throughout the schedule period. POSITION SUMMARY: The Off-Shift Nurse Manager (OSNM) is a member of the nursing leadership team who functions in both an administrative role and as a clinical partner on the off shift to support and lead the bedside nurses. On the off shift the OSNM ensures the clinical team is delivering patient- focused care consistent with the hospital mission, departmental goals, while following established policy & procedures, and working within regulatory requirements.
