Logistics Coordinator Opportunity with Bernhardt Furniture: As a Logistics Coordinator at Bernhardt, you will play a key role in our operations by:

  • Receive and process transportation requests from clients.
  • Schedule transportation services and routes for drivers.
  • Communicate with clients and drivers regarding status updates and changes to transportation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation orders and delivery schedules.
  • Track and monitor vehicle locations and fuel consumption.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing of transportation services.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of transportation vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient transportation operations.



Key Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma Minimum-Some college or a degree preferred
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with customers professionally, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with transportation management software (TMS), inventory management systems, and other office software like Excel, Word, and email.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate entry of transportation details into tracking systems and databases.
