Use your data analysis skills to drive strategic decisions and optimize business processes, making a real difference in our clients' lives. Partner with engineering, product, and customer service teams to support exciting projects and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

    Data Detective: Dive deep into customer data to uncover patterns and provide actionable insights that enhance our platform's value.
  • Accuracy Champion: Ensure invoicing data is accurate and resolve any discrepancies with precision.
  • Team Player: Collaborate across teams to improve client experiences and streamline processes.
  • Client Communicator: Potentially interact with clients, presenting data and metrics that drive decisions.
  • Data Guru: Master our data warehouse, querying and extracting data to support various needs.
  • Insight Generator: Identify opportunities for our customers through thorough data analysis.
  • Requirements Expert: Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements to support our customer-focused initiatives.
  • Process Optimizer: Streamline workflows and improve efficiency using data-driven approaches.
  • Product Specialist: Document product capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Trend Watcher: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, data analytics, and related technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

What you will need to be successful

  • Experience: At least 3 years in business requirements analysis and data mining.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills are a must, along with data visulization experience in Power BI.
  • Analytical Mind: Excellent problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly assimilate new information and self-direct.
  • Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Well-organized and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Salary Range

$100,000.00 To $130,000.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
