Position Overview

The Cologuard Business Monitoring and Response Associate Director is a key leadership role responsible for leveraging the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the order to cash funnel. This role involves strong collaboration with various departments to ensure data-driven insights are effectively utilized and acted upon.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify and focus on the key performance indicators, providing the right level of insights to the right stakeholders within the organization.
  • Centralize monitoring and create a single source of truth for order to cash performance data in addition to pilot tracking.
  • Partner with analytics teams to help inform the design of data dashboards and reporting tools to provide necessary insights to stakeholders.
  • Request necessary analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Increase coordination and focus on work that matters most in driving scalable and sustainable business growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to help inform prioritization of resources and funding.
  • Create response teams to appropriately address key business opportunities across the order to cash funnel.
  • Drive operational rigor by developing proper governance structures needed to ensure appropriate teams have visibility and input in the decision-making process.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and proper remediation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and monitoring technologies.
  • Develop and maintain trusting and effective partnerships with internal stakeholders in Customer and Digital Experience, Market Access, Revenue Cycle, IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Health Systems / HIT.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing work environment with rapidly changing needs and requests.
  • Ability to make decisions with limited information and operate with autonomy.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and success with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 70% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, marketing, or field as outlined in the essential duties.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in a role and/or field related to the essential duties of this role.
  • 2+ years of product or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, marketing, or field as outlined in the essential duties.
  • Knowledge of cancer diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or preventive health markets.
  • Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.

Salary Range:

$152,000.00 - $242,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
