About the team

Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons. The NCOP debit team is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the 10 US Domestic Debit Networks and 1 Canadian network. The NCOP Debit Team handles all network updates, changes for rules and regulations, transactional data requirements, new product and some operational issues. The NCOP Team is also responsible for working with the networks to advocate on behalf of our merchants and WorldPay to change procedures, rules or mandated items to benefit WorldPay or our merchants. The team handles their network from end to end. The NCOP Debit Team in an intricate part of our success in Merchant Processing for our merchant portfolio, from large global merchants to small business merchants.

What you'll own

  • Manage the bi-annual release items for your assigned networks as well as any one-off mandates.
  • Day to day operational support for internal and external clients for your assigned networks.
  • Responsible for being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned networks.
  • Responsible for documenting, archiving open items/ issues with the network for regular cadence meetings with assigned networks.
  • Act as back up for other networks not assigned directly.

Where you'll own it

You'll own it in our nearest virtual hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

  • Strong experience in Fintech & Payments processing
  • In depth knowledge of US Debit transactional processing.
  • Organization skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced priority now environment
  • Proficient communication skills both verbally and written. Communication skills will be key in relaying changes updates or issues to both upper management as well as peers.
  • Analytical and logical thinking to review items and understand the impacts technically and for the business.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with limited direction or supervision.
  • Must be very good at developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
