Summary: Working under the guidance of the Assistant Vice Provost, Student Success in the Office of Enrollment Management, the Student Success Specialist will play a vital role in supporting a diverse population of students in a coordinated effort throughout their academic journey. The primary responsibility will be to advocate for students by providing proactive outreach and helping them navigate campus resources to overcome challenges and ensure their success at Temple. This position will practice data-driven outreach, proactive resource referral, and timely/holistic interventions to meet the needs of students, especially those with complex issues that may span multiple offices/areas. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of two (2) years of directly related student services experience working in academic advising, academic support, student affairs or related field in higher education. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Required Skills & Abilities:
