Salary range: The full salary range for this role is $81,000 to $135,000. The target range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location. Summary: In accordance with AO goals and objectives and EDFR core values, direct all aspects of the on 24/7 on-site project activities to include safe, effective, and efficient project operations, personnel supervision, community relationships, maintenance of regulatory and contractual compliance, while maximizing overall profitability. Other duties as assigned Supervision of Others: Has a direct supervision responsibility over all levels of site Technicians, as well as Site Supervisor (where applicable). Manage contractors, vendors and guests visiting and performing activities at the project site. Working Conditions: 70-90% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 10-30% of time is spent outside of the office guiding field personnel, accommodating training, contractors, and vendors.
