This is a HYBRID role with IN OFFICE responsibilities and will be based out of our Plano. TX office.

The Opportunity

This opportunity is to join the Identity and Access Management team to support the automation of Identity Processing and use development skills to create and enhance workflows that keep the company secure. Work with multiple diverse teams to enact a companywide impact to identity management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain JML and other workflows within

  • Develop quicklinks to reduce and refine manual processes.

  • Maintain Workday and Active directory authoritative source connector

  • Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting;

  • Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues;

  • Manage the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

  • Handle more complex issues and risks as required and escalate if necessary

  • SDLC and associated methodologies followed

  • Issues resolved or escalated in a timely manner in alignment with SLA

  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

  • Ensure customer impacts are assessed and addressed in the design and delivery of solutions

  • Deliver solutions meeting customers' needs, e.g., eBusiness, online tools

  • Effectively handover application changes and enhancements and provide support as required

  • Proactively build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders

  • Perform more complex development activities which may be beyond the competency or skill of a Software engineer and senior software engineer

  • Analyse business requirements, design and implement solutions

  • Complete impact analysis, determine test coverage requirements

  • Ensure appropriate support to the end users during UAT and Postproduction Testing.

  • Develop applications which includes coordination and collaboration with the BA/QA as well as the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the project owners.

  • Perform implementation, handover and support activities as required

  • Identify, communicate and manage risks and issues as they arise

  • Accuracy and timeliness of output

  • Minimal rework required during UAT or post implementation

  • Test activities completed to the required level of quality, within the scheduled amount of time and to the agreed budget

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Required Education

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ, LCM), concepts and features.

Preferred Experience

  • Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing.

  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions.

  • Development background (i.e. JAVA).

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business).

  • Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation.

  • Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.

  • Expertise level of knowledge with SailPoint IdentityIQ development of workflows, rules, connectors.

  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP.

  • Experience utilizing SQL and understanding data structures of relational databases.

  • Should have excellent communication skills to interact with business users and work on enhancements.

Compensation

Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
