Partner with the best

As a Project Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You'll work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.

You will be accountable for solving complex problems, executing objectives, and supporting short-term/long-term business goals. Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfilment and quality in order to deliver on-time customer orders, with the proper quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.

As a Project Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending recurring project status reviews to monitor execution, manage priorities and report critical issues
  • Supporting project cash management, monitoring and updating planned disbursements
  • Participating in the accounts payable process, resolving AP issues and providing inputs in support of Customer billing
  • Interacting with Logistics to ensure shipment execution according to plan and transactions in ERP are completed
  • Interfacing with Suppliers to support the project team's On-Time Delivery requirements
  • Cooperating with Suppliers, Project Managers, and Engineering to support schedule recovery activities
  • Tracking and reporting the status of Force Majeure claims
  • Updating metrics such as promise dates in the ERP based on the supplier's updated schedule
  • Supporting Vendor Recovery and Backcharge Negotiations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or closely related field
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams or matrix environment
  • Prior experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain working with complex contracts for the supply of goods or services
  • Extensive problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
