Position Summary

As a Senior Associate on Enterprise Excellence, you will assist in shaping and rolling out the strategic priorities for our top clients and help take our digital partnerships to the next level. As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Excellence you will guide agency teams on Innovation and enhancing media ROI's. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world's leading health care brands.

Responsibilities



  • Provide training and support to portfolio account on continuous processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to understand Brand Strategic Priorities and how Enterprise Deliverables can support the agency team.
  • Help manage Thought Leadership Calendar and development of materials by tapping into agency resources and cross functional relationships.
  • Assist in media strategy development by collecting trends and projection details to inform key priorities.
  • Day-to-day coordination with leading media partners to help manage overall partnership through budget pacing, sharing of best practices, setting up test and learn opportunities, and scaling results.
  • Aid in Partnership Negotiations across the enterprise to deliver financial and strategic value for the brands.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers to ensure client's activations are ahead of the industry.
  • Support on Brand Safety and Privacy initiatives across the Enterprise.
  • Effectively manage time and responsibilities in regard to deadlines and client needs.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on continuous improvement methodologies and foster a culture of operational excellence across account teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
  • Accommodate ad hoc responsibilities and evolving job duties.
  • Prepare regular progress reports across various key tools highlighting performance across media activations.


Desired Skills & Requirements



  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology and third-party market research tools such as Double Click DART, comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen MTA/MMM, MediaTools, Prisma, DCM, IAS, eMarketer.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in prior media agency experience, cross channel.
  • Success in managing junior staff and ability to manage up to leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task multiple, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization.
  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research.
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other various outside vendors.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Focus on self-development and learning.
  • Problem solving skills- ability to identify problems, understand how to use resources, and find effective solutions.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
