Recovery Support Navigator Worcester, MA, USA Req #3778 Friday, October 11, 2024 Location: Worcester, MA - based out of Merrick Street Outpatient location. Travel within Worcester required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pay rate: $20.90/hour Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement 401k with company contribution Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required The Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for: Providing care navigation services that engage, educate and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. This engagement begins at any point during the continuum of care particularly during transitions in care. Candidates in Masters Program strongly encouraged to apply.
