We are seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Marketing Manager at our Corporate facility located in Glen Allen, VA. The role develops and implements digital marketing content and campaign strategies that attracts consumers to brand websites and retailer sales channels, promoting awareness, consideration, and purchase of branded products and services. Additionally, this role reviews, maintains, and monitors digital marketing campaign performance to ensure brand consistency, consumer interaction, and optimized media spend to maximize traffic and return on investments. This position is hybrid, on-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Develops and implements integrated digital marketing plans for consumer brands to support US Consumer business objective achievement by expanding brand reach, traffic to, and consumer interaction on digital channels to increase awareness, consideration, and purchase of branded products and services. Coordinate with internal creative team and Partner Marketing Manager to source content as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency, optimized investment, increased awareness/consideration/purchase of branded products and services, and increased positive brand perception, reviews, and loyalty. Help direct reports drive effective strategies optimizing for ROAS in both the affiliate and paid search channels.
  • Own the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) channel, currently via Klaviyo software. Increase engagement with target audiences and support sales growth with nurture flows and email best practices. Build and execute B2C email marketing campaigns from start to finish including email creation, segmentation, A/B testing, deployments, QA and analysis.

  • Ensures coordinated, collaborative, and cohesive business strategies between business unit leads, product marketing, sales, customer support, and digital marketing to maximize business results and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements of the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant alternative and/or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years' experience in digital marketing channel and campaign management with 3+ of those years focused on email marketing
  • 5+ years' experience personnel and budget management
  • Demonstrable knowledge driving business results through effective digital marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and email marketing
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging digital marketing channel relationship to the ever increasing and dynamic consumer paths to purchase
  • Experience managing social media accounts both organically (community management) and as paid advertisements
  • Understanding of Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience with Paid Search Advertising (including Google Ads and retailer-specific applications like Criteo and Tiekametrics)
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising programs/principles including goal and KPI setting/reporting, SEO, SEM/paid search, programmatic display, retargeting and social media advertising
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with digital analytics and insights
  • Strong project management/process skills required and capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes. Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Desirable, but not essential requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience using Google Analytics for eCommerce websites and tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel and UTM tags
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer ecommerce business models
  • Familiarity with web design, user experience design, systems integration, and ADA compliance design principles
  • Administration of Klaviyo CRM
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Experience using Click-up productivity platform
