Job Title Portfolio Manager (Commercial Real Estate Asset & Transaction Management)Job Description Summary As Property & Transaction Manager will be responsible for managing a national property primarily office portfolio in USA of around 70 sites on behalf of international financial services client. You will be part of a global team servicing the client and will report to an Account Manager located in London.Job Description Key Responsibilities: Oversee transaction management service delivery for client (lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions -subletting-early surrender, freehold acquisition / disposition) and valuations Daily tasks for this portion of the role would be :
