Job Details Under the general direction of the AoR account lead and on behalf of clients, this active, hands-on role maintains and grows strong client relationships with assigned brands, leads product payer strategy development, drives innovative managed markets initiatives, and leads internal teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and interactions with assigned clients. Ensures projects are successfully completed at a very high level, both on time and budget for assigned clients. Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership, critical thinking, and client management skills. This individual must also be able to lead in a matrixed, team-oriented environment where all team members take responsibility for the quality and validity of deliverables from project initiation through completion. This role requires biopharmaceutical market access experience (client or consulting side) . Depending on the candidate's experience, this role may be filled at Assistant or Associate Director level; roles and responsibilities will adjust accordingly. Responsibilities:
