Digital Project Manager

Abacus Technology is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support IT and engineering projects for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

Investigate, analyze, plan, evaluate, draft, and/or recommend solutions for software intensive project/program efforts.
• Provide expert level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes.
• Apply broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as cloud native systems, modern software architecture, cyber security, acquisition management and modernization planning.
• Apply knowledge of and expertise with program management, Agile principles, DevSecOps practices and methodologies, and modernization planning.
• Review initial and revised technical documents and provide the enterprise level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide comments on technical documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitate an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.

10+ years experience in project management and technical leadership. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must have strong supervisory and management skills. Significant experience with cloud native, DevSecOps, and Agile. Must be familiar with the entire scope and requirements of project(s) and able to serve as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project. Possesses organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Must be proactive and results-oriented. Experience interfacing with managers at all levels and quickly resolving issues requiring tight deadlines. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
