SUMMARY OF POSITION Kinsley is seeking a driven and disciplinedProject Engineerfor our growing Highway & Bridge team. Based in Kinsley's North East, MD office, the PE will primarily work on highway and bridge projects in the North East, MD area and Delmarva Peninsula. The Project Engineer is mainly responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Project Manager. Duties include technical documentation, jobsite communications with the Foreman and subcontractors, scheduling, and cost analysis. A successful candidate should possess an Engineering or Construction Management degree with applicable field experience and previous knowledge of DELDOT, MDSHA, PennDOTor other municipal projects is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn, strong computer skills, and good communication skills is essential.
