Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Extended Teathered Program (ETP) The program is responsible to provide ground support to high-altitude ISR data. Focusing on image formation and processing and data transportation to multiple partners.

Program Analyst will provide support to the program office by providing an analysis of data in support of program projects, including advising on the direction the IPT should consider based on an understanding of current program status, properly assessing priority of activity and development of projects in order to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Program Analyst shall demonstrate knowledge of business and industry practices; characteristics and use of equipment, products, property, acquisitions, etc.
  • Shall consolidate and provide information from various databases containing program data ranging from training, requirements management, performance, schedule, cost, etc. to measure and assess program effectiveness.
  • Program Analyst will also maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Request and Authorization for In-scope Tasks (RAITs) and EVM reports.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Top Secret Security clearance is required.
  • One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:
    • Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
    • BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
    • 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Willingness to travel if required.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed
