CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance Architecture Manager to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

This role is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the highest standards of software quality across the organization.

How you'll create opportunities in this Quality Assurance Architecture Manager role:

  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance architects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality assurance processes and practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance software quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.

What you will need:

  • 7 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
