Senior Executive Assistant/Site Project Manager

Reporting To:

President, AG Group

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Buffalo, NY
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree in a related discipline

  • Minimum ten (10) years relevant and progressive experience and five (5) years management/supervisory experience

  • Must possess leadership and project management skills, exercise good judgement, be well organized, self-directed and have excellent communication skills

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

As a Senior Executive Assistant/Site Project Manager you will report directly to the President, Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) and support the Commercial Senior Leadership team located in East Aurora, New York. You will:

  • Manage, coach and develop the CAG administrative team located in East Aurora

  • Directly support CAG Senior Leadership team (SLT) in East Aurora

* Manage all scheduling and calendaring for the SLT which includes internal and external stakeholders and contacts.

* Assist in managing and prioritizing daily workflow around emerging issues, including preparing materials and written correspondence timely on behalf of the Executive.

* Plan and coordinate travel, travel itineraries, including international travel logistics, and meeting/event coordination support.

* Prepare, submit, and track expense reports, maintain records and coordinate approvals of reports with accounting.

  • Responsible to manage and support project plans for building renovations; space assignments; project coordination; changes in use

* Manage weekly facilities meetings and execute action items

* Work with transitions teams on building requirements

* Seat assignment/floor plan coordination

* Emergency process coordination and communication (snow delays, fire drills, power outages)

* Submitting POs, capital requests, expenses for building projects

  • Responsible for management of all facilities projects to ensure adherence to schedule and scope

  • Draft communication documents

  • Manage site initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $36.00-$45.68 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
