To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• BS degree in an Engineering discipline
• For the Senior Level for this role: Minimum of 10 years of experience (or 8 years with an advanced degree) in an Engineering discipline Experience in space product vibration and hot fire testing is preferred, however experience in other technical areas and industries will be considered. For the Experienced Level for this role, a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the field is required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
• Experience interfacing with customers, demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach other engineers
• Can understand new technical concepts and products. Utilize these skills to understand risks and take appropriate actions
• Ability to gather data and use this data to make decisions to improve the business

Other Considerations

• This role requires coordination with leadership at other sites
• Weekend work, and on-call on occasion
• Encountering controlled air conditions with frequent air exchanges, environmental exposure, and close contact with energetic "live" propulsion systems during normal work activities

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
