WellSky is seeking a Consultant IV to join our team. Consultants are responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the product. You will analyze the client's current state and determine how our software can be leveraged to meet their unique needs. This role requires an understanding of technical functionalities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within budget.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee the requirements gathering sessions, guiding comprehensive analysis of current software workflows, designs and mapping processes to ensure timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
  • Drive executive client meetings by using strategic insights on business workflows to influence modifications for leveraging the software capabilities. Focus on creating efficiencies that align with client goals and address challenges.
  • Lead client engagements and serve as an advisor for complex requests, offering expert-level consultation on software customizations and configurations, leveraging advanced features to optimize user experience.
  • Develop & deliver advanced training sessions for designated client members on intricate software functionalities, tailoring the approach to accommodate diverse user needs. Review training methodologies to maximize the software to the client's usability.
  • Resolves software issues or identifies the root cause of extensive problems that require technical teams to intervene on and is able to offer a reasonable solution.
  • As a subject matter expert on the software updates and features indicating ability to resolve escalations, provide and/or oversee mentorship to other consultants on the team and train new hires.
  • Proactively identify and present innovative opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness within the implementation lifecycle.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years related work experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a close team/collaborative setting as well as independently.
  • Solid ability to manage projects/ tasks that are delivered on time and meet expectations.

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WellSky Personal Care Software and/or experience with private duty home care delivery, agency operations.
  • Proven track record of consulting experience for high growth companies & understanding of Professional Services operation models.
  • Background in home care agency operational assessments, optimizations, and audits.
  • Ability to lead/manage teams and/or initiatives as assigned.
  • Compliance & regulatory risk background is a plus.
