TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Sustainment Lead to join our team in Colorado Springs. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required The Sustainment Operations Lead will manage sustainment workforce in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. Responsible for resource calendar, taskings and prioritizations of team. Responsible for schedule of deployment personnel for maintenance support to multiple CONUS and OCONUS sites. Coordinate directly with the Development Lead to deconflict priorities and available support personnel. Assist Technical Lead with prioritized deliverables within the scope of the sustainment functional area. Responsibilities:

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $130,000 to $165,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
