Nov 12, 2024

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Within Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand a customer's business and technical requirements, map them to the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions, and paint the vision for their future state tech stack.

The Sales Velocity team works within the TPS organization to accelerate sales cycles, strengthen solution impact, and secure customer confidence through building scalable tools, curating asset libraries, and developing bespoke customer services. This is primarily an internal-facing role where key responsibilities include helping pre-sales teams close more deals by innovating on the current and future tools that we present to customers (i.e. product demonstrations, presentations, and reusable user journeys), curating libraries of assets, analyzing our pre-sales demo strategy, and developing internal operating maturity frameworks to help bolster our intrinsic value to Adobe.

As a Sales Velocity Intern, you will support projects that will help you gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience, Document, and Creative Clouds, the Sales Velocity organization, enterprise B2B sales lifecycle, and the pre-sales world. By the end of the summer, you will have completed multiple projects that create immense value for our organization and Adobe as a whole. Past projects have included conducting a voice of customer analysis, researching and recommending Gen-AI driven internal search, building modularized repeatable demonstration assets and crafting return on investment frameworks for all of our offerings.
